1. General
By accessing and placing an order with Velvet Supplies, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Products
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product weights and dimensions are approximate.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you will be charged.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Payment
We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
6. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 99 applies. For detailed shipping information, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Fragrance oils, custom orders, and clearance items are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Velvet Supplies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Velvet Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
